Description

Fudgy brownie bars topped with rich salted caramel and finished with flaky sea salt.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  • Preheat oven and prepare pan.
  • Mix brownie batter.
  • Add dry ingredients.
  • Bake base.
  • Make caramel.
  • Add vanilla and salt.
  • Pour over base.
  • Chill.
  • Slice and serve.

Notes

Chill before slicing.
Store refrigerated up to 5 days.
Freeze up to 2 months.
