Easy pecan pie bars with a buttery crust and rich, gooey pecan filling.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line pan.
- Mix crust ingredients and press into pan.
- Bake 18–20 minutes.
- Whisk filling ingredients.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour over crust.
- Bake 20–22 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
Cool completely before slicing. Store refrigerated up to 5 days. Freeze up to 2 months.
