Description

Easy pecan pie bars with a buttery crust and rich, gooey pecan filling.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F and line pan.
  • Mix crust ingredients and press into pan.
  • Bake 18–20 minutes.
  • Whisk filling ingredients.
  • Stir in pecans.
  • Pour over crust.
  • Bake 20–22 minutes.
  • Cool completely.
  • Slice and serve.

Notes

Cool completely before slicing. Store refrigerated up to 5 days. Freeze up to 2 months.
