- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup strawberries or jam
- 1 1/2 cups crushed vanilla cookies
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 4 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla, mix well.
- Whip cream to soft peaks and fold in.
- Mix cookie crumbs, strawberries, and butter.
- Layer crumbs, cheesecake, and strawberries in cups.
- Chill for 2 hours before serving.
