Description

A rich layered dessert made with strawberries, melted chocolate, crispy kataifi, and creamy pistachio spread. Inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate trend.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup milk chocolate
  • 1 cup kataifi pastry
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup pistachio cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt (optional)


Instructions

  • Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
  • Slice the strawberries into halves or quarters.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add kataifi pastry and toast until golden and crispy.
  • Melt the chocolate in short microwave intervals.
  • Warm the pistachio cream slightly until pourable.
  • Layer strawberries, chocolate, kataifi, and pistachio cream into cups.
  • Repeat layers until cups are full.
  • Top with chopped pistachios and extra chocolate drizzle.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Keep kataifi separate until serving for the crispiest texture.
