- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup milk chocolate
- 1 cup kataifi pastry
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup pistachio cream
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
- Pinch of flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
- Slice the strawberries into halves or quarters.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add kataifi pastry and toast until golden and crispy.
- Melt the chocolate in short microwave intervals.
- Warm the pistachio cream slightly until pourable.
- Layer strawberries, chocolate, kataifi, and pistachio cream into cups.
- Repeat layers until cups are full.
- Top with chopped pistachios and extra chocolate drizzle.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Keep kataifi separate until serving for the crispiest texture.
