  • No coconut milk? Try evaporated milk, oat milk, or a splash of cream.
  • No hoisin sauce? Use a mix of soy sauce, peanut butter, and a bit of honey.

Most dishes stay fresh for 3–5 days in an airtight container. Check the storage section in each recipe for dish-specific guidance!

Can I freeze your recipes?

Some are! I focus on balanced comfort food that’s satisfying but flexible. When applicable, I include:
