Absolutely! I include substitution suggestions in most recipes, but a few universal swaps:
- Out of buttermilk? Use 1 cup milk + 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar.
- No coconut milk? Try evaporated milk, oat milk, or a splash of cream.
- No hoisin sauce? Use a mix of soy sauce, peanut butter, and a bit of honey.

Can I freeze your recipes?

Are your recipes healthy or low in calories?
Some are! I focus on balanced comfort food that’s satisfying but flexible. When applicable, I include:

- Swaps for lighter ingredients
Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or keto options?
Yes! Many recipes are naturally gluten-free or dairy-free, or include those adjustments in the notes section. Keto-friendly or low-carb substitutions are added when they work well with the recipe.
