Ingredients
• 3 ½ cups bread flour
• 1 ½ cups warm water
• ½ cup active sourdough starter
• 2 teaspoons salt
Instructions

Cover and ferment 12–18 hours.

Preheat oven with Dutch oven inside.

Bake covered, then uncovered until golden.

Cool completely before slicing.
