Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

½ lb ground pork

2 eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs

½ cup milk

1 small onion, finely diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

⅓ cup ketchup

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
½ tsp smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

8 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded

10–12 bacon strips
Instructions

Soak breadcrumbs in milk.

Sauté onion and garlic until soft.

Combine meats, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion mixture, and seasonings.

Shape meat, add mozzarella, and seal.

Wrap with bacon.

Bake at 375°F until internal temp reaches 160°F.
