Ingredients

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F and line muffin tin with paper liners.

Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter; press into liners and bake 5 minutes.

Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.

Stir in sour cream, vanilla, peppermint extract.

Fold in melted chocolate.

Fill liners ¾ full and bake 18–22 minutes.

Cool gradually, then refrigerate at least 3 hours.
