A quick and flavorful Korean-inspired ground beef bowl made with soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and sesame oil served over fluffy rice.
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp sesame oil

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

2 cups cooked white rice

2 green onions

1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions

Cook rice.

Brown ground beef in skillet.

Add garlic and ginger; cook briefly.

Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, pepper flakes.

Pour sauce into skillet; simmer 2–3 minutes.

Serve over rice with toppings.
Notes
Store beef and rice separately up to 4 days.
Add splash of water when reheating.
Freeze beef only for best texture.
