A creamy, low-carb baked chicken Alfredo packed with protein and perfect for easy weekly meal prep.
Ingredients
2 pounds chicken breast, cubed
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
1 ½ cups heavy cream
4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups broccoli florets
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Sauté chicken in olive oil with seasoning until just cooked.

Simmer cream with garlic and cream cheese. Stir in Parmesan.
