Ingredients
1 medium green cabbage, sliced
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 small yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook chopped bacon in skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove and reserve 1–2 tablespoons bacon fat.

Add diced onion to pan and sauté until translucent.

Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Add mustard and smoked paprika, stirring to combine.

Add sliced cabbage and cook uncovered 12–15 minutes until tender and lightly browned.

Return bacon to skillet and toss. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
Notes
Store refrigerated up to 5 days.
Freeze up to 3 months.
Reheat in skillet for best texture.
Do not overcrowd pan to ensure proper browning.
