Description

Creamy, balanced deviled eggs made with simple ingredients and foolproof boiling technique.


Ingredients

Scale

6 large eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon white vinegar
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika


Instructions

  • Cover eggs with cold water and bring to boil.

  • Turn off heat and let sit 10–12 minutes.

  • Transfer to ice bath 5 minutes.

  • Peel and slice lengthwise.

  • Mash yolks finely.

  • Mix with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

  • Pipe into whites and sprinkle paprika.

Notes

Store refrigerated up to 2 days.

Do not freeze.
