Ingredients

7 oz dark chocolate

10 tbsp unsalted butter

¾ cup granulated sugar

3 eggs

¾ cup all-purpose flour

¼ cup cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

9 oz fresh strawberries

4 oz dark chocolate

1 tsp neutral oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 340°F and line pan.

Melt chocolate and butter.

Stir in sugar, then eggs one at a time.

Fold in flour, cocoa, and salt.

Bake 20–25 minutes.

Cool completely.

Arrange dried strawberries on top.
