Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small green cabbage, chopped

1 onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 can crushed tomatoes

1 can tomato sauce

6 cups beef broth

1/2 cup uncooked white rice

Instructions

Brown beef and onion in olive oil.
