Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil or melted butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for cream cheese layer)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.

  • Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

  • In another bowl, whisk eggs and sugar, then add milk, oil, and vanilla.

  • Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.

  • Fold in blueberries.

  • Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

  • Pour half the batter into the pan, spread cream cheese layer, top with remaining batter.

  • Bake 50–60 minutes until set.

  • Cool before slicing.
