Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease oven-safe bowls.
