Description

A simple, protein-rich crustless quiche made with cottage cheese for a creamy, comforting texture.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese

  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (spinach, peppers, onions)

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.

  • Whisk eggs until just combined.

  • Stir in cottage cheese.

  • Fold in vegetables, cheese, and seasonings.

  • Pour into dish and bake 35–45 minutes until just set.

  • Rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge up to 4 days.
